If you have multiple different chains then they cannot share coins - that would be like saying how do I change my BTC into ETH? You need an exchange. As you seem to have control of all 3 chains, you could create a script that can issue assets that locks assets on one chain to generate them on another and vice versa but there is (I believe) no native way to move assets between chains.
If you broadcast a transaction to 192.168.0.2, 192.168.0.3/4 have no idea it happened, nor should they. You could try forward all broadcasts to each instance to replicate each transaction but I'm not entirely sure on the point of that.
If you REALLY wanted to distribute this, I think with proper DB locking/unlocking, the Openchain validators could be made to look at the same DB and potentially all keep up to date on the same state of the ledger but this is somewhat against the whole point of Openchain
